The official commissioning of Kakamega County Fish Processing Plant by Swedish Ambassador to Kenya Ms. Caroline Vicini in Kakamega on the 12th July 2021. This marked a major milestone to Fish Value chain Actors within the Lake region Economic block (LREB). This is intended to boost fish production from both aquaculture and Capture fishery within the region.
