The programme held its annual Bilateral Review Mission meeting on the 19th November 2020 at ASCU Boardroom, Kilimo House. In attendance were Agriculture Secretary (AS), Swedish Embassy- Programme Manager- Agriculture and Rural Development, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), Co-ordinator JAS-IGS, NIRAS- Technical Assistance, Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Principal Accounts Controller (PAC), Head of Human Resource Development (HRMD), Head- Agricultural Projects Co-ordinating Units (APCU) – State Department of Crop Development, National Treasury Representative, Chief Officers (Embu and Marsabit Counties), County Programme Co-ordinators (CPCs)- Embu and Marsabit counties and the National Programme Secretariat (NPS).
